Requirements

REQUIREMENTS FOR TEQUILA PRODUCERS IN ORDER TO BECOME TRC MEMBERS

1.    Sign the service agreement provided by TRC.
2.    Submit samples to the laboratory.
3.    Provide names and emails for persons authorized to receive information by email.
4.    Pay all costs for samples analyzed.

REQUIREMENTS FOR CLIENTS

1.    Written application on company letterhead stationery or via email submitted by the client.
2.    Fill out Lab Services Application or Services Agreement provided by the Laboratory.
3.    Copy of the client’s Federal Taxpayer Identification Card.
4.    Copy of an Official Identification of the Legal Representative or the interested party.
5.    Pre-payment of sample analysis.

7.    Send product to be analyzed by courier service or deliver directly at the Laboratory located at Av. Patria No. 723, Col. Jardines de Guadalupe, Zapopan, Jalisco, C.P. 45030.
8.    The response time with regard to the report on results is normally 2 business days after the date on which the bank deposit is received; such period may vary depending on the laboratory’s work load at the time.
9.    The report on results shall be sent by email if requested by the client.
10.    The original document of the report may be picked up by the client at the TRC offices, accounts office, or may be sent by currier if client agrees to pay the additional fees for such service.
