Cotija Región de Origen (Region of Origin) Cheese provides our bodies with high-quality protein as it contains 8 to 10 essential amino acids.
This product’s fat content contains mono-unsaturated fat which help to reduce cholesterol levels, as well as poly-unsaturated fat which can help prevent several diseases such as atherosclerosis.
